PLOYFLOW was established in 1990 by a highly experienced building services engineer to provide mechanical engineering and construction management service to contractors, consultants, developers and end- users.
Our expertise and experience gained in a wide variety of sectors including commercial office, Private dwelling, retail/leisure, pharmaceutical, healthcare, manufacturing and government developments, enables us to provide an efficient and cost effective service – whether providing consultancy, site management or CAD drawing development.
O&M interactive Was set up in 2002 as a division of Ployflow Ltd, we had been approached by various consultants, contractors and end-users to provide operating and maintenance instructions for various building projects. In order to establish a firm foothold O&M developed the OMI document management software designed specifically for building services operating and maintenance manuals, health and safety files and building fabric data.
The software and data production is constantly being reviewed and developed to maintain compatibility with changes in the computer and software industry.
The OMI manual reader program and data software is unique, in that it enables users to browse the operating and maintenance text; view manufactures literature and equipment drawings and view installation record drawings from one program without the need for additional expensive software. With the added benefit of being able, to print or email any part of the manual, literature or drawings and access manufactures web sites. In addition comments or changes can be marked on the record drawings and saved, printed or emailed.
Further developments of the digital manual software will include a commercial software package to enable users write their own digital manuals and burn data disks compatible with the OMI document management software.
